Registration
Registration has now closed.
Fees
The EEASA 2008 Organising Committee is raising funds to make the conference as affordable as possible but will not be funding anyone attending the conference, including presenters. Delegates are therefore advised to start early to source their own funds to attend.
The fees are as follows:
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: Conference registration fee, EEASA Membership, hostel accommodation & lunch for 4 days
- Existing EEASA Members SDL 1950.00
- Non- EEASA members SDL 2100.00
OWN ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE: Conference registration fee, EEASA Membership & lunch for 4 days
- Existing EEASA Members SDL 1600.00
- Non EEASA Members SDL 1750.00

Terms and conditions
- No registration will be confirmed without full pre-payment and no access to the conference will be allowed
- Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these will be for the delegates own account and will reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.
Registration cancellation and refunds
- Participants cancelling on or before 5 July 2008 will be entitled to an 80% refund.
- Cancellations after 5 July 2008 will not be entitled to any refund.
- Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate at a 10% substitution fee.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
