Event Format

• The conference and exhibition will run concurrently.
• Conference registration is available online.
• Registration will close at 5pm on 5 July 2008.
• The deadline for payment is 5pm on 9 July 2008.
• Please note that there will be an additional R300 charge for late registration or payment.
• Please note there will be no onsite registration.
• Technical tours have been arranged for afternoon of the 3rd day of the conference, 30th July. They will depart from and return to Kwaluseni.

Official language

The EEASA 2008 conference will be conducted in English.
